CARA Definition Team (CDT)

Fred Damberger is the author of many of the CARA templates, LUA scripts and many parts of the documentation Wiki. Fred received his Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California (1994) and is a member of the Biomolecular NMR Spectroscopy Platform in the Biology department, and a staff scientist of the Allain group at the ETH.

Rochus Keller is the author of the CARA and NAF source code. He started the development of CARA as part of his Ph.D. thesis “Optimizing the process of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis and computer aided resonance assignment” in the group of Prof. Dr. Kurt Wüthrich at the ETH (2000-2004). Rochus works as a senior consultant for international companies and is also involved with scientific projects like CARA.
